The Orient Express is a legendary luxury train that operated between Paris and Istanbul, renowned for its sophistication and adventure. Founded in 1883, this train offered a long-distance route, crossing Europe with a mix of opulence, mystery and stunning landscapes. During its golden age, it was a symbol of glamor and exclusivity, attracting high society, spies and writers. Today, although some routes have changed, the train remains an icon of classic travel, associated with unique experiences that evoke the golden age of the railway. The tour starts at London to continue the itinerary to Paris to continue to Verona and finally to Venice. The Venice Simplon-Orient-Express also makes occasional trips to Rome, Krakow, Budapest, Stockholm and even Istanbul once a year, in August.
